Made by a cyclist. For cyclists, fans, and everyone in between.
I'm Thomas, a road cyclist based in New York City and the person behind Derailed Labs. I've been riding seriously for years — weekend rides that stretch to 50 miles, early morning climbs, and the kind of riding where you stop apologizing for your training schedule.
Derailed Labs started because I wanted cycling t-shirts that felt like they came from someone who actually rides. Not from a merchandise catalog. Designs that reference the things real cyclists talk about — FTP, KOMs, group ride schedules, the Chapeau moment when someone does something genuinely impressive on a climb.
The Tour de France is where it all converges for me. Three weeks in July where the sport is at its most dramatic, most brutal, and most beautiful. If you've ever watched a mountain stage and understood why someone would spend months training just to suffer up the Tourmalet, these shirts are for you. And if you've never ridden a bike but you understand why the crowd screams "Allez! Allez! Allez!" — these shirts are for you too.
All shirts are $24.99, made from 100% cotton, and ordered through our Etsy shop. We're small, but the designs are made with genuine love for the sport.
